Uncommon Christian Network, LLC · Effective July 16, 2026
The short version
We are a small Christian media ministry. We keep this simple because our setup is simple:
- We don't sell your information, ever.
- We don't run ads, analytics, or tracking cookies on this site.
- Messages you leave on our prayer line stay private. We don't broadcast them.
- We never see your card details — Stripe handles payments.
The rest of this page explains the details. If anything here is unclear, just ask us: support@UncommonChristianNetwork.com.
1. Who we are
Uncommon Christian Network, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is a limited liability company based in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio. This policy covers our website, our prayer and message line at (747) 4-PRAYER, and our support payments.
By using our website or our message line, you agree to what's described here.
2. What we collect
There are only four ways we end up with information about you.
If you leave a voice mail or send a text to our prayer line, we have your recording or message, your phone number, and the time you sent it. Section 4 covers this in detail — it's the most important part of this policy.
If you use our contact form, we have the name, email address, and message you typed. It's sent to our email inbox. We don't store it in a database.
If you make a payment, Stripe processes your payment. We receive confirmation details — the amount, whether it succeeded, and the last four digits of your card. We never receive, see, or store your full card number, security code, or bank login.
When you visit the site, our web host keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type, and which pages you loaded. This is automatic and normal for any website. We don't use it to build a profile of you.
3. What we don't do
It's worth being specific, because a lot of websites do these things and we don't:
- We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
- We don't use Google Analytics or any other analytics service.
- We don't run advertising or advertising trackers.
- We don't have a mailing list, so we won't add you to one.
- We don't set tracking cookies. (See Section 6.)
4. Messages to our prayer line
This section covers voice mails and texts sent to (747) 4-PRAYER. It matters most, so it's the longest.
Nobody is standing by. This is not a live, person-to-person line. Calls aren't answered by a person, texts aren't answered automatically, and messages aren't monitored in real time. We may not be able to reply to every message.
Please don't use this line in an emergency. If you are in crisis or need help right now, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
Calls are recorded. A recorded greeting tells every caller this at the start. If you keep going past the greeting and leave a message, you're agreeing to be recorded. Texts you send are stored the same way. Your mobile carrier's normal message and data rates may apply.
Your message stays private. We don't broadcast, publish, or share it. Voice mails and texts are accessible only to authorized members of our team, and we pray over the messages that come in. We don't post them to social media, podcasts, radio, or television, and we don't sell or trade them.
Where messages live, and when they go. Voice mails and texts are stored by our telephone service provider. We delete them on a regular basis. Deleting removes a message from the systems available to us — but we can't promise our provider doesn't keep copies in its own backups or call records for some period afterward, or where the law requires it.
You must be 18 or older to leave a message. If we learn a message came from someone under 18, we'll delete it.
Want your message gone? Email support@UncommonChristianNetwork.com and we'll delete it promptly.
5. Support Payments and Stripe
Support payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you pay, your card details go straight to Stripe, on Stripe's own secure systems — they never pass through ours.
Because our Support page uses Stripe's checkout, Stripe loads its own software on that page and may set its own cookies there, including for fraud prevention. That's Stripe acting as our payment processor, under Stripe's privacy policy, which we'd encourage you to read.
You can cancel a monthly payment any time by yourself, using the customer portal link on our Support page. You don't need an account, and you don't need to ask us.
6. Cookies
We don't use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. The only cookie we set is an essential, short-lived session cookie on our contact form — it's there purely to protect the form from abuse, carries no personal information, and isn't used to follow you around. You may also encounter cookies from Stripe on the Support page when you're paying (see Section 5). If we ever add non-essential cookies, we'll ask first where the law requires it.
7. Who else sees your information
We don't sell your information. It reaches other companies only in these ways:
- The companies that run our tools. Our web host stores the website, our telephone provider stores voice mails and texts, our email provider stores email, and Stripe processes payments. They can only use your information to provide those services to us.
- If the law requires it. For example, a valid subpoena or court order, or to protect someone's safety.
- If the ministry is ever sold or merged, information could transfer as part of that — and we'd seek to keep it protected.
8. How long we keep things
Voice mails and texts: deleted regularly, as described in Section 4. Contact form emails and payment records: kept as long as we need them for our records, accounting, and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless the law requires us to keep it.
9. Your choices
To cancel a monthly payment, use the customer portal on our Support page — that one is self-serve. For anything else, email us at support@UncommonChristianNetwork.com to:
- Ask what information we have about you;
- Ask us to correct it;
- Ask us to delete it, including a message you left on our line;
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local privacy laws. Ask us and we'll help.
10. Children
This site and our message line aren't directed to children under 18, and you must be 18 or older to leave a message or make a payment. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we find out we have, we'll delete it.
11. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and we rely on established providers (such as Stripe for payments) for the sensitive parts. But no website or storage system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
12. Links to other sites
Our site links to places we don't control — podcast platforms, Stripe, and similar. We're not responsible for their privacy practices, so have a look at their policies too.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using our site or line afterward, that means you accept the update.
14. Contact us
Questions, or want your information deleted? We'd rather hear from you than have you wonder.
